THE SUN

Soul seeks the Sun for He is the giver and the sustainer of life. He makes the flowers bloom, the animals breed and keeps you alive.

Sunlight is a nutrient, a medicine, a remedy all in one. How much you receive is under your control. The impeccable intelligence of the human body has something called ‘protective mechanisms’ and it will tell you what the right amount is for you.

Nature has designed each group of people with specific traits for specific environment. When man leaves this native habitat and moves to a new land, he sometimes encounters adverse health effects and it is worsened by the lack of inherent wisdom of that land, which is required to thrive in an optimal and harmonious way with nature.

So, let’s re-learn about the ‘Sun’ which our ancestors worshipped as God, used as medicine and lived in spiritual communion with and prospered for aeons without skin cancer or other ailments.
